Instruction municipal secretary 2025
With the instructions for the municipal secretary, the board of mayor and aldermen establishes further rules regarding the tasks and powers of the municipal secretary.
The council has decided to establish the instructions for the municipal secretary of Nuenen around 2025.
VANG (From Waste to Raw Material) approach, Nuenen-West location
Views have been submitted on the draft decision “placing VANG locations on Bakertdreef for the Middelste dubbel”.
In response to the comments, the board has decided to maintain the current collection method (mini-containers for residual waste, paper and GFTE and bags for PMD) for construction sites A and C.
The residents of building plots A and C in Nuenen-West are given the choice to voluntarily use the existing underground containers in Nuenen-West. The residents of the building plots Nuenen-West are informed about this decision and about the evaluation of the pilot “Joint reverse collection and the raw materials plan” by letter. The council is informed by a council information letter.
Answering written questions about Eeneind playground
The Nuenen Combination has submitted written questions regarding the Eeneind playground.
The board has decided to answer the written questions from Combinatie Nuenen
by letter.
Annual report on supervision and enforcement of childcare 2024
Municipalities are responsible for the supervision and enforcement of the quality of childcare. In this context, the board must report annually to the Education Inspectorate.
The board has decided to adopt the 2024 annual report on supervision and enforcement of childcare and to send a council information letter to the council.
PlatOO Annual Report 2024
The 2024 annual report of PlatOO, including the annual accounts, will be submitted for consultation. If no responses are received from the boards of the municipalities in which PlatOO has schools, the annual report will be definitively adopted.
The board has decided to approve the 2024 annual report and to inform PlatOO about this.
Noise Action Plan 2024 – 2029 4th tranche
Making noise maps and drawing up an action plan are obligations for Nuenen that arise from the EU Environmental Noise Directive. The aim of the Environmental Noise Directive is to Map bringing and where possible improving the noise climate. After the 3 tranches already carried out (2008, 2013 and 2018), an action plan is now being drawn up for the 4th time. The action plan includes the evaluation of the 3rd tranche and addresses the implementation of noise reduction measures and/or research into them.
The board has decided to adopt the Noise Action Plan for parts A and B 2024-2029, 4th tranche and to publish the plan on overheid.nl
Renovation/sustainability of the town hall
The current town hall no longer meets the requirements and wishes of this time. In addition, major maintenance is needed in the short term. In the policy statement, the board proposed to opt for new construction of the town hall including housing CMD and DDV. However, the council decided to opt for renovating/making the building more sustainable and to only house the CMD.
The council proposal for this will be submitted to the council for decision-making.
