Decision on objection to decision to revoke urgency order

An objection has been filed against Woonbedrijf's March 17, 2023 decision to cancel an urgency decision. The Objections Committee recommended that the objection be declared admissible and unfounded and that the contested decision be upheld. The college has decided to declare the objection admissible and unfounded and to reject the request for reimbursement of legal costs. The objector will be informed by letter.

Preliminary draft zoning plan Papenvoortse Heide 3, development 4 Space for Space lots

On March 31, 2020, the college approved the request in principle to start the zoning plan procedure for the realization of four Ruimte voor Ruimte dwellings at Papenvoortse Heide 3 in Nuenen. The college has decided to approve the preliminary draft zoning plan "Buitengebied herziening Papenvoortse Heide 3". Due to the vacation period, the preliminary zoning plan will be made available for public consultation for a period of 8 weeks. The city council will be informed about the intended development by means of a council information letter.
