Public decision list February 11, 2020
Regional cooperation Taxbus and external contract management Taxbus
Due to the expiration of both the current Cooperation Agreement Principals Taxbus and the agreement with the external contract manager Trafficon, adjustments must be made. The cooperation agreement between the municipalities must be amended and the contract management for collective demand-dependent transport must be tendered. The college adopts the amended "Cooperation Agreement Principals Taxbus" and agrees to start a regional tender for the external contract management for Taxbus.
Adoption Handreiking toepassing PFAS-containing soil and dredged material
The Environment Services in Brabant have prepared a handbook PFAS North Brabant on behalf of 56 colleges of B&W. The guide gives the temporary (local) background values of Brabant with regard to PFAS compounds in the (land) soil. These can be applied pending possible further standards and definitive policy regarding PFAS. The college adopts the 'Handreiking toepassing PFAS-containing soil and dredging spoil Noord-Brabant' and decides to use the 'locally elevated' background values PFAS as the assessment framework for PFAS-containing soil.
Council information letter on follow-up plan development Hongerman
In December 2020, the City Council made a decision on the Hongerman. The decision was made to renovate. In the council information letter, the college informs the city council about the follow-up steps it is taking to implement this decision. The college agrees to send the council information letter "Follow-up plan development Hongerman".
Completion of project redevelopment Molvense Erven 63
A zoning plan was adopted in 2016 for the development of 4 building lots on the plot at Molvense Erven 63 in Nuenen. Meanwhile, 3 of the 4 lots have been sold and (mostly) built on. There is a potential buyer for the 4th lot. It is time to finalize a number of issues that are still in play.
- The college agrees in principle to the felling of the tree at the entrance to the Molvense Erven 63A lot, after an application for an environmental permit has been submitted. The applicant(s) of the driveway at lot Molvense Erven 63A is formally requested to agree to (further) postpone the handling of the objection against refusal to construct a driveway.
- The college does not approve for the time being the felling of the tree at the site of the driveway at lot Molvense Erven 65A and decides, if an application for an environmental permit is submitted, to refuse it.
- The college will not construct (or have constructed) the public parking spaces (2) required by the zoning ordinance.
- It has been determined by the college that the terrain fences already realized and any yet to be realized are permit-free and there are also no other possibilities (private law) to enforce the provisions of the image quality plan.
All affected parties will be notified of the decision by letter.
