Tender commercial furniture The Monastery

This proposal requests approval of the procurement strategy for the procurement of commercial furniture from The Monastery. A European tendering procedure will be used for this procurement process.

The College decided to adopt the procurement strategy for the procurement of the commercial furniture of The Monastery and to give mandate to the Division Manager of the Realization Department for the tasks described in the procurement strategy under section 5.2; 3.

The Mayor authorizes the Division Manager of the Realization Department to sign the agreement.

Mandate has been given to the members of the procurement team for the tasks listed under section 5.2 in the procurement strategy.

The college notes that the procurement strategy will not be made public under Sections 2.57 and 2.138(c) of the Procurement Act until the procurement is published.

Objection rejection of enforcement request

On November 6, 2024, the objector requested enforcement action against zoning violations on a portion of parcel C 4291. The college denied the enforcement request on February 26, 2025. This was objected to. The Objections Committee considered the objection on May 20, 2025, and issued its opinion on June 17, 2025. The committee recommends that the objection be considered but rejected and that the decision be upheld.

The college decided to follow the advice of the objection committee. This means that while the objection has been reviewed, it is not justified. Therefore, the previous decision remains valid.

Decision on objection recovery decision.

On April 8, 2025, a notice of objection was filed against the decision of February 26, 2025 recovering an amount of €3,000 in forfeited penalties. The Objections Committee considered the objection on June 17, 2025 and issued its opinion on July 9, 2025. The committee recommends that the objection be considered but rejected.
