Letter of intent agreement The Right Home
On the subject of housing and Health , the municipality of Nuenen does not yet cooperate with the 21 other municipalities in Southeast Brabant. With the 'The Right Home' initiative, cooperation in this area is being further shaped. A start is being made with the exchange of knowledge and the regional linking of supply and demand for seniors.
The college decided to further shape the regional cooperation "The Right Home" by agreeing to the stated objectives and deciding to enter into the agreement of intent.
The mayor authorizes Alderman Wouters to sign the agreement of intent prior to the regional meeting on April 19, 2023.
Decision on objection environmental permit 58 dwellings 't Zand 1 to 58
An objection has been filed to an environmental permit for the construction of 58 homes at 't Zand 1 through 58.
The college decided to declare the objection admissible and unfounded in accordance with the advice of the Objections Committee.
The environmental permit for the construction of 58 dwellings at 't Zand 1 through 58 is upheld and the contested decision is supplemented in accordance with the advice of the Objections Committee.
The procedural costs requested by the objector will not be reimbursed.
Decision on notice of objection remediation under the Noise Abatement Act Geldropsedijk 15
A notice of objection has been lodged against the decision to reject the application of acoustic façade measures to a house at Geldropsedijk in Nuenen. The objection was handled during a hearing of the objection committee. The objection committee recommends that the submitted objection be declared unfounded.
The College decided, adopting the advice of the Objections Committee, to declare the submitted objection unfounded and reject the request for legal costs.
Annual report and accounts 2022 municipality of Nuenen
The annual accounts 2022 of the municipality of Nuenen are ready in draft form. The college now approves them so that the auditor can begin the audit. After the audit, the final annual documents will be presented to the college again in early June, including the auditor's report and council proposal, after which the documents will be published and sent to the council.
The college decided to take note of the draft 2022 financial statements and submit them to the auditor. The college also agreed to the proposal for profit appropriation.
Framework note 2024
The college is preparing the 2024 Framework Memorandum and wants to include the council early in the process of arriving at a framework memorandum to be presented to the council for decision.
The college decided to agree to release the draft framework memo 2024 (vs 230405). This will be sent to the agenda committee with a memo.
