Reintegration Regulation Participation Act Nuenen c.a. 2023

The Broad Offensive is a broad agenda to increase labor market opportunities for people with labor disabilities. As a result of the Broad Offensive, the Participation Act has been amended. This makes it necessary to also amend the Reintegration Regulation Participation Act 2015. The amendments are laid down in the Re-integration Regulation Participation Act Nuenen c.a. 2023.

The council proposal "Re-integration Regulation Participation Act Nuenen c.a. 2023" is submitted to the council for decision.

The college agreed to the response to the advice of the Advisory Council Social Domain Nuenen.

Council proposal Nota van Uitgangspunten Kloostertuin

In the process of arriving at a master plan for the Monastery Garden, the defining themes have been described in a memorandum. On August 22, 2023, the college decided to present it to the city council as a Memorandum of Principles for image-forming and decision-making. Parts of the memorandum have now been modified as a result of the September 7, 2023 image-forming meeting.

The council proposal Nota van Uitgangspunten Kloostertuin is presented to the council for decision.

Council proposal amended adoption 'Nuenen Zuidoost, revision 1' zoning plan

The current Nuenen Zuid zoning plan is being revised. The revised zoning plan has been available for inspection as a draft. Two views were submitted. The views have led to adjustments in the rules and the zoning map. Some official adjustments have also been made.

The college decided to adopt the Nota van Zienswijzen 'Bestemmingsplan Nuenen Zuidoost, herziening 1'. The council proposal 'Bestemmingsplan Nuenen Zuidoost, herziening 1' will be submitted to the council for decision.

Collective procurement of public charging infrastructure 2024-2028

In 2020, the province of North Brabant facilitated a collective tender for the installation and operation of public charging stations. The municipality of Nuenen participated, which resulted in a contract with Vattenfall. The current contract for the placement of new charging stations expires July 21, 2024. The existing charging poles will continue to function as usual. If we want to secure the possibility of installing new charging stations, new agreements will have to be made with a provider. The collective tender of the province of North Brabant provides for this.

The college decided to participate in the collective tender for public charging infrastructure led by the Province of North Brabant and agreed to give mandate to the general manager of the Province of North Brabant to make the necessary decisions within the framework of the tender.

Start-up building impulse application

The State has made the Start Building Impulse available. The Start-up Construction Incentive is intended for projects that are far enough along in terms of planning to start building no later than 2024/2025, but due to changed economic conditions can no longer make the business case. An accompanying letter of offer from the college is required before submitting the application.

The college agreed to the offer letter for applying for the Start-up Building Pulse.

Council proposal advisory right council, mandatory participation, delegation decision environmental plan

With the implementation of the Omgevingswet comes a different way of working together between council, college and resident. A council proposal has been made for working together differently. The proposal gives substance to the advisory role that the council will soon have in initiatives that deviate from the environmental plan, it provides insight into a choice whether or not to designate categories of activities for which participation will be mandatory, and it contains the delegation of a number of (practical) matters to the college.
