Structural grant 2025 - GGzE Foundation

The municipality of Nuenen c.a. has the responsibility to guarantee Mental Health Care (GGZ) services for its residents. The municipality of Nuenen fulfills this responsibility by placing the GGZ services with the GGzE. The city council has made funds available for this purpose. The GGzE has applied for its subsidy for the year 2025.

The college decided to award the grant amount of €98,463 for the year 2025, in accordance with the GGzE's application.

Council information letter construction credit expansion The Most Beautiful Blue

A construction credit has been granted to school board PlatOO in 2023 and 2024 for the expansion of elementary school Het Mooiste Blauw in Nuenen-West. It turned out that the granted credit is not sufficient to realize the expansion.

The college decided to inform the council about the deficit and the planned decision-making procedure through a council information letter.

Temporary garbage collection at Vredehof apartment complex

The Owners' Association (VvE) of the Vredehof apartment complex has not resigned itself to the November 13, 2023 college decision on the collection of waste from the complex. After extensive consultation, a temporary collection method has now been chosen, different from the regular collection, but fitting within the Waste Regulation.

The college agreed to a modified collection of waste at apartment complex Vredehof in accordance with Article 4 of the Waste Ordinance, including the restrictions listed in this proposal.

The VvE of the complex and residents will be informed of this decision by letter.

The college decided to extend the decision to other apartment complexes with similar issues if they come forward.
