Authorization Youth Protection Brabant for deployment of urgent Health

Jeugdbescherming Brabant (JBB) provides emergency Health (SEZ) for the Southeast Brabant region. Formally, however, they can only start working after approval from the CMD. Granting an authorization gives JBB the authority to immediately deploy help in a crisis. 

The college approves the authorization to deploy urgent Health to the director of Jeugdbescherming Brabant (JBB). The authorization takes effect the day after publication. 

Grant decision - second deposit fund ROW

The Regionaal Ontwikkelfonds Werklocaties (ROW) is a fund that the municipality of Nuenen, together with the other municipalities of the Stedelijk Gebied Eindhoven (SGE), has established for the benefit of real estate projects on business sites in the SGE. The fund supports these projects with a financial impulse. The ROW has agreed to the financing agreement with Food Tech Brainport/Pascal BV and requests the municipality to make the second deposit into the fund. 

The college agrees to a second deposit of the grant á €30,911.48 to the ROW.
