Financial settlement closure the Hungerman


On Nov. 8, 2022, the Hongerman was closed because a possible safety risk was identified during construction investigations. The sports hall's roof structure had to be propped up and then reinforced. As of Jan. 2, 2023, the building can be used again.

The college decided to exceed the budget "Sporthal de Hongerman" under the financial regulation municipality of Nuenen 2017, in order to eliminate the security risk as soon as possible.


The City Council will be informed of this decision via a communication.


Sale of trailer site Eeneind 53-57


The college agreed to sell the land with buildings to the residents of Eeneind 53. A purchase agreement has been drawn up for this purpose.

The college decided to sell the land with encroachments for the established appraisal price and make the financial settlements through staggered payment of the purchase price.


Subsidy scheme to offset energy costs local civil society organizations Nuenen


Energy costs have skyrocketed and this has serious implications for various civil society organizations. This puts pressure on the accessibility of the activities of these civil society organizations, and even their very existence may be threatened. The college wants to provide support to local civil society organizations in the form of financial assistance. For this purpose, the "Subsidy Scheme for Compensation of Energy Costs Nuenen" has been drawn up.

The college decided to adopt this grant scheme.
The application process for the 1st tranche starts on the day after publication and closes on February 17, 2023. The application procedure for the 2nd tranche starts on April 1, 2023 and closes on May 1, 2023.


Decision on objection, contested decision rejecting request for review


On March 18, 2022, a notice of appeal was received challenging the rejection of the request to review the Oct. 26, 2020 decision and still award assistance as of Sept. 4, 2020.

The College decided, in accordance with the advice of the Objections Committee, to declare the objection admissible and unfounded and to uphold the contested decision. The request for reimbursement of legal costs is denied.

On Feb. 9, 2022, a notice of appeal was received challenging a decision dated Jan. 26, 2022, suspending eligibility for assistance as of Dec. 1, 2022.

The College decided, in accordance with the advice of the Objections Committee, to declare the objection inadmissible and uphold the contested decision. The request for reimbursement of legal costs is denied.

A notice of appeal was received on July 13, 2022, directed against a decision dated May 30, 2022, revoking eligibility for assistance effective December 1, 2022.

The College decided, in accordance with the advice of the Objections Committee, to declare the objection admissible and unfounded and to uphold the contested decision. The request for reimbursement of legal costs is denied.


Decision on appeal, contested decision rejecting application for special assistance for costs of guardianship.


A notice of appeal was received on July 13, 2022, directed against a decision dated May 31, 2022, denying the application dated May 20, 2021, requesting special assistance with custodial expenses for calendar year 2022.
