Adopt draft 2023 Educational Housing Program and Schedule
The college adopts the Program and Overview Educational Housing 2023 in concept. The draft is then discussed with three school boards, namely De Eenbes, PlatOO and OMO. When the city council makes the requested funds available, the Educational Housing Program and Overview 2023 will be finalized.
The college decided to adopt draft Program and Survey of Educational Housing 2023.
Naming of streets Nuenen-West 2022
Environmental permits have been requested for the realization of houses in the Nuenen-West neighborhood. There are no street names yet for these houses, therefore the naming committee has met to propose new street names for the future phases.
The college decided to adopt the proposed street names.
Objection Papenvoortse Heide 5b
A notice of objection has been filed against the environmental permit granted for the temporary use in violation of the zoning plan for BSO activities at the Papenvoortse Heide 5b plot in Nuenen.
The college decided, adopting the advice of the Objections Committee, to declare the submitted objection unfounded and to reject the request for legal costs. The contested decision is upheld with the addition of a number of Requirements, such as regarding the maximum number of pupils present, start and end times, etc.
Instituting claim under the Youth Act municipality of Bergen
In 2021, the municipality of Nuenen provided youth aid to five youths while, based on the residence principle, not it, but the municipality of Bergen (the municipality where the youths actually resided), was substantively and financially responsible for these youths. In this context, the municipality of Nuenen paid a total of €514,125 in 2021 on behalf of these youths under a customized agreement. The municipality of Bergen proved in
2021 not willing to assume the legal duty of care, nor to repay the Health paid by the municipality of Nuenen.
The college decided to make a written claim for compensation as yet. A letter will be sent to the municipality of Bergen.
Object to application for environmental permit Molvense Erven off house number 63a
A notice of objection has been filed against the environmental permit granted for the cutting down of a tree near Molvense Erven 63a. The Objections Committee recommends that the submitted objection be declared manifestly inadmissible.
The college decided, accepting the advice of the Objections Committee, to declare the objection inadmissible. Objector and permit holder will be informed by letter.
