Stichting Ouderendag Nuenen applies for an occasional subsidy to organize 3 circus performances. With this they want to give lonely elderly people an unforgettable day.

Occasional grant - Wettes village festival
Stichting Wettesdorpsfestijn requests an occasional grant to organize (youth) activities that contribute to togetherness in Nederwetten.
The college decided to award €1,000.00.
Pupil transport payment due to Corona virus
Cab company Van de Zanden & Tours provides pupil transportation for the municipality of Nuenen. In connection with the coronavirus, pupil transportation was largely shut down because children were no longer allowed to attend school.
The college agreed to the request of Taxi Company Van de Zanden &Tours, under Requirements, to continue paying the monthly invoice for student transportation for 80% through 31-3-2022.
Master plan Monastery Garden
The Monastery Garden project has as its first intended result a master plan, with a program and a spatial sketch. Based on this, parts of the sites can be further elaborated and developed. Xi design has been commissioned for the design work. The corresponding participation process has been worked out in a participation plan. The integral process of design and participation can now be started.
The college decided to adopt the draft participation plan. The council will be informed through a council information letter. Finally, the college took note of the analysis of land operations.
Elaboration subareas structural vision World of Van Gogh
The structural vision World of Van Gogh aims to make Nuenen's center more attractive and the landscape and Van Gogh's monuments more experienceable. In order to boost the quality of the public area, a design for the area between the Berg, Houtrijk and the municipal pond will be drawn up in the coming months. The processes for design and participation have been prepared and can start.
The college decided to adopt the draft participation plan and council information letter.
Self-evaluation BRP and Travel Documents 2021
The Security Manager Basic Registration of PersonsBRP) and the Unambiguous Standards Single Information Audit (ENSIA) coordinator conduct an annual self-evaluation on the set-up, operation and information security of the BRP. There is also a self-evaluation on the Travel Documents component.
As in past years, the municipality scores above the standard on the content control of personal records.
On the ENSIA component, the score is lower this year compared to last year. This is due to a different interpretation of a number of questions.
The results of the self-evaluation Travel Documents show that the municipality also meets the legal requirements here.
Extension of Enforcement Policy 2017-2021 and Environmental Law Permit Policy 2020-2021
According to the Environmental Law (General Provisions) Act (Wabo), the municipality must have an up-to-date policy plan for permits, supervision and enforcement. For permits, supervision and enforcement, established policies apply through 2021.
The College decided to extend the Environmental Law Enforcement Policy 2017-2021 and the Environmental Law Licensing Policy 2020-2021 for one year and sends it to the City Council for information.
Licensing, Supervision and Enforcement Implementation Program 2022
The municipality adopts an annual program for its VTH tasks. The 2022 Implementation Program lists the main activities that the municipality intends to carry out in 2022.
The college decided to adopt the Implementation Program Licenses, Supervision and Enforcement 2022, announce it to the city council and forward it for notification to the province, police, VRBZO and ODZOB.
Digital Facilities Council
In line with the "Rechtspositiebesluit Decentralrale Politieke Ambtsdragers" (Legal Status Decree for Decentralized Political Officials), the college provides council, committee and college members with information and communication facilities, in the form of laptops and related accessories, for the performance of their duties. The hardware supplied to council members, committee members, and college members falls under the management of Dienst Dommelvallei and under the security policy for mobile equipment. The mobile device security policy also applies to private devices that access municipal environments and data.
