The Draft Nota bodembeheer Nuenen c.a. 2021 (incl. PFAS) has been available for inspection for a period of 6 weeks for views. No views have been submitted. Now the memorandum can be submitted to the council for decision-making. The college decides to submit the memorandum to the council for decision-making. The 'Handreiking toepassing PFAS houdende grond en dredgerspecie Noord-Brabant' will be withdrawn after adoption of the soil management memorandum.
Council information letter Dommel Valley from the Paint
In 2006, the City Council adopted the vision "Dommel Valley out of the Paint. Since then, the planning area has been enlarged and, in addition to nature goals, goals in the areas of sustainable agriculture and recreation have been added. Grand! A high-quality and accessible range of facilities in the SGE
In late 2017, the Collaboration Agenda 2018-2025 of the Eindhoven Urban Area (SGE)included the Facilities & Events Action Program. In it, all city councils in the SGE expressed their intention to come up with a joint strategy. This is now ready.
The college agrees with the strategy ''Grand! A high-quality and accessible supply of facilities in the SGE" and the council proposal will be submitted to the council for decision-making.
Grant determination 2020 Foundation Center Management Nuenen
The Stichting Centrummanagement Nuenen requests the adoption of its subsidy decision for the year 2020. The college sets the subsidy for the Centrummanagement Foundation at € 67,725.50 for the year 2020. The remaining amount of € 15,378.50 will be transferred as soon as possible. The Center Management Foundation will be informed of the determination.
Council proposal new sewer charge Nuenen
The council is being asked to approve a new sewer charge base. The new levy will be based on household size for residences and graduated water consumption for non-residences. This levy will replace the current levy, which is based on water consumption.

Annual report and accounts 2020 municipality of Nuenen - final
In early April, the college approved the draft 2020 financial statements. The auditor audited these documents and the accompanying balance sheet file. After making some minor adjustments to the financial statements, the auditor issued an unqualified opinion. The council proposal 2020 Financial Statements is presented to the council for decision. Agreed to the college's draft response to the 2020 auditor's report.
Authorization decision amended zoning plan Lieshoutseweg 6
Notices of appeal have been filed against the amended Lieshoutseweg 6 zoning plan. Authorizations are required to represent the City Council at the hearing before the Administrative Law Division of the Council of State.
The College decides to authorize the legal policy officer, project manager and noise consultant to represent the City Council during the hearing at the State Council.
