Requesting a funeral/burial

Do you havean eHerkenning account, but the municipality of Nuenen does not yet have your information on file?
If so, please first click on “Registration/Update Funeral Home” below so that we can enter your information into our system.

Are you not yet registered as a funeral director with the municipality of Nuenen? If not, please email the following information to burgerzaken@nuenen.nl: 

• of your funeral home
  • name (official organization name, as recorded in the records)
  • address
  • phone number
  • email address

  • Chamber of Commerce number

• of yourself as declarant
  • citizen service number
  • full name
  • email address 

Once we receive your email, we will enter your information into our system as soon as possible. 

From that point on, you can apply for a funeral or burial online. Please note: You will need eHerkenning to file the application online.
