What to do?

When selling a lot or house, the municipality can stipulate Requirements that the buyer will occupy the property himself within a short period of time (the 'self occupancy obligation') and that he may not resell the property for a certain period of time (usually 5 years) (the 'alienation prohibition'). These Requirements of the sales contract are intended to prevent speculation, hence the name "anti-speculation clause.
